There are many scuba trainings evolutions available throughout the country, but many right here in our state of Florida and the training skills range from basic to advanced. Cadets attending any one of the scuba training will learn about the required equipment and safety checks while working toward certifications. These trainings do require prerequisite swim qualification by the cadet prior to obtaining a billet.

Another advanced training sometimes offered is the NSCC Combat Diver Course: The advanced course is taught by US Navy and US Army Special Operation instructors. In addition to the PADI Advanced course, cadets learn military group tactics and navigation, and are used as leadership for the basic course.
